-Quality assurance is a strategic task within Tomal AB that involves every employee. It is expected that each employee aim to improve the quality, competition and customer benefit.
-The conception quality assurance according to ISO 9001:2008 stands for a complete view of Tomal AB’s total activities and concerns internal and external customers. Goods and services shall be delivered on time and in the quality expected according to the agreed conditions.
-We as individuals and as the company Tomal AB, perform in a way which means that every delivery will provide a recommendation for future business and confirm Tomal AB’s reputation as a reliable business partner. Regular checks are gone through to evaluate whether we are filling our customers expectations.
-Leadership within the company involves an engagement to reach our quality goal.
Environment
-We have an activity that does not involve any big risks to the working environment. We manage the rules and regulations that apply with good margins. To get along well and develop in ones work and to work in a nice environment is important to us.

In the days work, every employee shall show a personal responsibility for health and the environment. It is each and every ones responsibility to not only follow instructions and routines, but to also be attentive and immediately report any possible risks or threats to a good working environment or to the environment.
-The conception environment steering stands for a complete view of Tomal AB’s total activities and concerns internal and external environmental questions. This even applies in working together with, and the demand of Tomal’s sub-contractors.
-Before making the decision of new investments or other changes in activities, the working environment and environment questions will be discussed. The risks will be checked over and the consequences carefully judged. Measures will be taken to avoid negative effects and minimise risks for both the working environment and the outer environment.
-Our environmental group, which consists of employees from the factory and the office, meet three times a year, and directly after a protection round has taken place.
